Explain theories and practices in basic sciences (general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, human nutrition, calculus, physics, and statistics)

ELO 5

Explain theories and practices in quality assurance, processing, chemistry, and food microbiology according to Thai and international standards (IFT).

ELO 6

Apply scientific and technical skills in food science and technology research, demonstrate critical thinking,  possess analytical skills to solve problems in food science and technology.
